REGISTRATION

ICVSS Registration for accepted participants (see the application page) should be done before 15 May 2026 using the module below. Your email and the password you have received at notification acceptance time are required to register.

School Fee

€ 625 for Master and Phd students;
€ 850 for other academic positions;
€ 1050 for all the others.

Extra costs for bank wire transfers or credit card service are not covered by ICVSS.

Note that the registration fee increases by € 200 after 15 May 2026. Onsite payment for registration is not allowed. Applicants who have not complete late registration within 22 May 2026 will be removed from the list of participants and their place will be assigned to other students on the waiting list.
